Chat doesnt work

My chat stopped working, i see everybody chatting /s /1 /2 /3 /4 /y but when i whisper or say something it doenst show and no one can read it.
i tried deleting the chat cache, also the account folder in WTF, nothing works.
When i make a new character i can speak so i dont know why this is happening.
Maybe a GM can level my new character to the same one that cant chat anymore?
