Hi, my account got hacked.
I know the username and that's all.
Is there a way I can get some help please? I would really appreciate it if I could get my account back

In order to recover an account or lost password, you need both the username and associated email for the account. We cannot give these details out.

They have been here all the time. Many people are notorius bad doing account security. Most of those people being hacked used their ingame or forum name as account name also, and the only thing left is guessing their password.
