Account hacked and banned

Greetings!
Due to huge problems in real live, I stopped playing like ~6months ago.

Now a got a bit more time and my friends told me that BWL is released and AQ will be released pretty soon.
I tryed to login to my account but it said its banned.
Then I tryed to login to my account page at website, but it said "wrong password", I tryed to reset my password via my email, and thats call an some kind of error.

And now, using the updated website, I finally reset my password, using my email, loged at my acc and there is "Hello ************!
Your account has been banned permanently."

Not the reason, nothing.

I dont know why its been banned, but I'm highly want to play it! I hope, you can understand my feelings, since thats pretty sad "surprise", when you're comes back and your character is broken...

P.S. Forgot to add: I have an idea... Yes, thats pretty dumb, but my account password was same as at mine previous 1.12.1 server, I was playing on it for almost 5 years...

The account associated with that character has been permanently banned for being compromised. Account security is the responsibility of the player, and any sanctions placed on the account will remain in place.

I'm really sorry about that... But any chance the decision could be reviewed in future?
Since thats really very sad for me, I spend pretty much time raiding/PvPing on my character, and thats terribly to loose anything you spend time for, especially because of such stupid situation =(

My account never got hacked in 15 years of online gaming, yet on Nostalrius you kids get "hacked" every 5 mins.
Please think of better excuses next time it's getting old.
