Hey, I see you've improved the password retrieval system etc to help people who's accounts have been hacked. A while ago my mage account got hacked and since I haven't been able to retrieve the password as the email I used to create it was disabled by microsoft due to inactivity. Is there anything you can do to help me get that 60 mage back? I have loads of screen shots I can use to prove the account is mine, screen shots from when he was below level 10! I'd really appriciate it.
