I foolishly left my WoW client open and my nephew accidentally deleted my level 11 undead rouge from the pvp server, the characters name was " Akzaj", I was wondering if my character could be restored!?

GM's don't restore deleted characters.

Lucky you it was only a level 11 character, hopefully you learned to lock your computer now
