Greetings!
I noticed something fucked up is going on with this particular item

It's supposed to dispell all the debuffs on you, but it also dispells your beneficial buffs once used. That's not how it's supposed to work.

Do I need to report this in the bugtracker or is this enough?

It does say magical effects, not specifying negative or positive, but I honestly can't remember how it worked in vanilla.

I checked with a friend and it doesn't remove all beneficial buffs. :/
