Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,

I have a bug with my warlock: no warlock master (even orgrimar nor undercity) give me the quest to learn to summon the voidwalker (I am a level 12 and quest should be available at 10).
(using your client, no add-on, WTB and WTF erased before trying again)

I report to GM who ask me to report it to http://report.nostalrius.org

The problem is that at http://report.nostalrius.org I do not find anyway to report a bug (even if I am regsitred)

So:
- How to report a bug ?
- When should I hope to see my bug solve (my warlock name is sküll), as I can not level up easy without my "tank"

Do warriors get added hitpoints as they level like other classes?
My warrior on the pvp server get 0 hitpoints added. This is stressful...
Please help me, and whether it is worth bug reporting
