Bug on Ragnaros

Hello, this Thursday my guild was doing Molten Core. After we killed Majordomo and looted his chest we went to Ragnaros. We wiped once on Ragnaros and were about to attempt him a second time and were all DC'd from the server this was roughly 6:10am ST. The server was down for about 10 minutes and then we were able to log back in. When we did, Ragnaros had despawned and Majordomo had returned to his area with his adds respawned (I know as I stealthed to him through the trash mobs and saw him).

So now it is Monday and we will be raiding again tonight. I was curious if A) you could help us save some time by allowing us to start from Ragnaros through the Majordomo event, or if not B) there would be any issues with us killing Majordomo again? I'm not sure if his chest will spawn again and wanted to make sure we wouldn't be banned if his chest did have loot again. We don't mind killing Majordomo again obviously, just wanted to check in with you guys to get some advice.

P.S. I don't think it matters, but our raid I.D. is 852.

this is not a bug, it's exactly the way it was on retail.

When the server crashes you have to do majordomo again (without loot)
the same happens when you don't kill them on the same day afaik
