account get baned after i rreset the password

my account got hacked like few month ago.and there was no way to get it back
until last undated.
so i was able to reset the password and get my account back like 2 days ago
and today i was tryting to log on ,it told me its banned,
why is that
is it illegal to get my account back throught my own email?
im so upset .
so can u un ban it plz?
its just so unreasonable!

The account associated with the character ter on the PvP Server is not banned. You may be using the wrong password.
