Totem placement blocked by silence.

Hello,I'm new to Nostalrius. I've been playing for about a week and a half now. And while i fighting the satyrs in ashenvale(who cast silence),I learned that sadly,this server too has bug that makes silence block totem placement as well. This was never the case in vanilla and causes shamans to be considerably weakened as a result.

So I was wondering if anyone was aware and if anything can be done about it.
