Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This started happening afew days ago. Every time i log out and back in all my bar positioning is reset to default, and all my mods are reset to default location, and disabled mods are renabled. Anyone know how to fix this?

Happened to me once I fixed it by setting read only on my wow folder to off/untick.
Alternatively running your client in elevated admin mode might fix this problem as well.
