Lost Item due to Rollback!

I ran Deadmines today and at the end of the run the server crashed after I looted Cookies Stirring Rod, when I logged back in the server had rolled back a couple of minutes and I no longer had it...

This is very frustrating, can I get some help with this?

My characters ingame name is Comfyblanket
