Defias brotherhood quest chain

My defias brotherhood quest chain seems broken. I cannot get the next part AND no I cannot speak to the traitor either. Any idea? Questie says I should pick up the quest in Sentinell hill, but its nothing there. I just came back from Redrige and the quest chain just seems to stop/or bug out.

You are probably at the escort quest part. The defias quest-giver that starts the escort quest at Sentinel Hill respawns like every ~10 minutes.

I completed this chain successfully couple of days ago, so it's definitely working.

its reported as bugged in July but havent since updated. i guess this is isolated case but it sure bum me up since i can't seem to get around a fix.

the quest chain does work. If you have completed Part 5, in which you track down the Messenger and bring his letter to Gryan Stoutmantle, you can then start the Part 6, which is escorting the Defias Traitor to Moonbrook. Note that the Traitor does not immediately spawn - if someone else is currently doing the quest or if the traitor was killed by Horde or de-spawned, you will have to wait at the tower until he respawns.

That bug tracker report should have been closed.

To GM,

I have completed the Part 5, which i bring back to Stoutmantle. The Part 5 quest completed thus he tell me about the escort which i need to protect him from Sentinel Hill to Moonbrook. I accepted the quest but the quest didn't register in my quest window and thus i didn't get to do the escort. I tried joining a escort group, complete the escort until the traitor said we can go back to Stoutmantle but of cource since i didn't have the quest, nothing updated. And going back to Stoutmantle didnt trigger anything.

I tried killing the Part 5 messanger again to get his note but no note dropped again.

Thus I'm stucked. So I again confirmed that the quest still persisted in the game and I currently stucked not able to continue Part 6.

My char name is Aprugara and now in Lakeshire instead due to this broken quest.

Im so sorry about the late response. I left the area, but I did try to find the messenger and I waited for the trator, this did not give me any way of progress in this quest. I'm pretty sure something is broken for me, but if it's not a problem anyone else has noticed, it does not matter to me anymore at level 35=)

I would like also to forget the broken quest chain.

How do you proceed past the broken quest? Which main quest line did you took to continue without much trouble with monster level?

The broken quest chain really put me off and haven't login since then. Really would like to get back in again.

Man, I just grinded more mobs to make up for the lost experience. Too bad tho, but at level 45 now, so it doesnt matter to me anymore. Hope it doesnt break for more people
