Server crashed, everyone in guild deranked including our GM

A couple nights ago the server crashed pretty early in the morning (NA times). When we relogged, everyone in our guild deranked. Everyone, including members, socials, officers and our guild master. When we logged back in, our GM lost the rank and officers were all veterans. We tried to restore proper ranks by simply renaming the officer rank to guild master, but now everyone in the guild is capable of seeing officer chat and we have no idea how to fix it. Is there a in-game Game Master that can help us?
