i got since 2 weeks connection problems just with one account from me.

it says first "Unable to connect" and then "Banned" .

What you describe sounds like you are typing in the wrong password. If you tried to set your login password for the game to more than 15 characters, that could be the reason.

I suggest trying to use the password reset capability (which no longer requires a 10 day wait) with the E-mail address you registered it with, and reset the password to something that is 15 characters or less. But do keep it relatively complex so that it is not easy to guess.

Also, please don't make multiple threads on the same topic. Just bump the original one and it will come up to the top.

ty for your answer but i cant also reset my password and i get "Bad credentials." like that when im try to login on the hp.
