Call of water shaman quest

hey there. I screwed up call of water part 6 and lost my bottle to see the spirit and the npc there isn't handing out new as he is supposed to do. are u abble to fix that npc or mail me a new bottle? the bottle ID is http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=6637 and my ingame char is Hasse at PvE realm

Ive got it done.. without the sapta I got to tagg the element using magmatotem =D

I just did this quest a few weeks ago. The npc is there to sell a sapta if you mess up. Try dropping the quest and starting it over.
