Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Ok, so when I am playing WoW ( on this serveR) my connection drops for like 2 seconds once every 30 minutes or so it seems. So i get kicked from groups/Bg's


I did a dns flush, reset router.. Nothing.

I have addons, I hope that's not why

Any ideas?
