Unable to connect.

Hello,
I've tried multiple times to login tonight with no luck, it keeps saying unable to connect. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Account recovery is not working, I've tried my email address and account name with multiple browsers. Only my IP from TimeWarner Columbus, OH and my brother's from Cable One in Globe, AZ should be active on my account. Attached is a picture from last week of a blue item I found in DM. that item is sitting in my bank slot along with many herbs. I hope this information helps confirm. I'd appreciate any help when able. last known gold amount @ 220ish.

Hi Robtp - generally speaking the admins and GMs cannot help with hacked accounts. Account security is completely the user's responsibility. The symptoms you outline in your first post look like the person changed your password; this would cause the unable to connect message.
I assume you are trying to reset your password using the main Nostalrius page, Login page (forgot password). Are you not receiving the E-mail? If not, look in your junk folder for it, sometimes stuff can get filed there.
Hopefully this helps in some way.

I hope they can do something I also know this should be posted under account support.
