Hey there I just made my account and haven't gotten an activation link(checked inbox and trash) Please help!

by now verification emails are no longer required

when your account has been created you should be able to login.

So you should be able to play already!

hmmmmm... i'm not sure what the issue is then. I followed the guide for setup. I'm still getting the error message "unable to connect" any idea what that could be?

before we can support or give any advice we would require more information.

as a first, did you create a game account and not used your forum account to connect?
also do not use your email address to login.
are you using a fresh installation of WOW 1.12 ( try not to use the feenix client )
is the realmlist.wtf properly adjusted?

and as a last can you give us the exact error message?
