help me please

Hello! iam having a issue with one of my accounts. its a mage named Xrisjer. i think some person manages to take my account all the time somehow. tryed to swapp password on the account use diffrent emails and stuff like that, but they keep managing to take it from me all the time. cna you help me out somehow using my IP?

i play on it for a coupple days then the password gets swapped and i get it reset only to see that nothing is gone and i have not even moved a inch odnt know if some one are making fun of me or something like that :/

Firstly, make sure you aren't sharing your account. Secondly, if you aren't account sharing, and, because this is a recurring issue for you, it sounds like you have malicious software on your machine. I recommend downloading a couple good free anti-virus/malware programs and doing a few full scans to clean up your machine. Afterwards, do the scans regularly.

have ben thinking about the same thing. so what i have done so far is running "Norton" Full scans without any luck. iam not sharing it if you can see that the IP have ben used other places is it Possible to ban them or something? this is getting really frustrating. any tips to other softwares to scan the Computer? allso tried to do a Rollback my computer some time without any help. can allso tell you that i have 2 accounts and it only happens to this one.

You're welcome. You can try Malware Bytes or AVG, but I personally use and recommend Microsoft Security Essentials.

AVG and Nortons -are- computer viruses. Seriously.Ever tried to get rid of either program? Microsoft Security Essentials is what I use, and recommend all my my clients use to keep themselves safe. And don't use multiple anti virus programs.
