Loot not being looted

Hi,

Somehow my loot is bugged and a whole bunch of items that I looted just vanished.

The Gorlla Hair's, leathers and tooth etc that I looted never actually got looted... Worst of all the backpack is gone also.

(PS: For clarity, the gray back that I use is a 10 slot deviate hide pack).
