Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was playing on my priest when I noticed that I could no longer cast spells. Every time I tried to cast a spell I would get the "you must be standing" message flash, even though I was standing. I also noticed that my priest was holding his staff the wrong way, like it was a broomstick. My friend told me to try to attack something so I did that and I was able to cast again, but my characters staff was still being held like a broomstick... I was unable to cast again so I logged out of the game and then back in a few times but it didn't help. My movement also started going bad and I wasn't able to turn. My ingame friend suggested getting myself killed might fix it. I ran into a mob and got killed and when I respawned I was able to cast spells again, but my staff was still being held like a broomstick. Everything was normal except for the broomstick thing, until I had to drink water and after I did that it wouldnt let me cast spells again, and when I drank the water my character was still standing.

My groupmates were able to see my staff was being held incorrectly.

I dont know what to do...

I also tried to delete my WDB and WTF but it didnt help either.

I logged in after less than 15 minutes of logging out and it has fixed itself somehow.
