Chat Channels - Cant Speak at all

I have not been able to speak in any chat channel ( With the exception of Guild Chat ) now for 5 days, i have tried everything i can think of to fix this, i have deleted any and all addons that i downloaded, i have deleted both my WTF and WDB files, i have tried reloading and restarting the game multiple times, i have also tried /leave /join the channels both manually and through the channel selector, and i have also tried unchecking /checking different options through the interface basic and advanced options. And nothing has worked at all going on 5 days now without being able to speak in General, Trade, Looking for Group, Guild Recruitment, Defense, Party, or Battle Ground Chat Channels at all. Please Help This is so frustrating !!! my hunters name on the pve server is Pirala

I had same problem and they are all gone at the moment I got to 15th lvl.
It has something to do with those gold seller fellas...

I also am having this problem, so a fix would be nice. I've seen people chatting at lower than level 15 so.

have a lvl 13 hunter, 9 mage, 9 warlock, 6 pally, and 6 druid and i cannot talk in any chat channel except guild chat on any of them

Im getting this issue now, im level 19, i was able to speak in general chat yesterday but when i logged on today i cant any more

ya only way i can now talk in any chat channel is via the addon i found in the addon pack from the official site here called ChatBar . once i downloaded and used this it lets me talk in all chat channels using the bar you click on for the chat channel. it is the only way i have found to talk in chat once above level 5 and able to.
