Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi guys,

Today I logged in (PvE realm) and for some reason have a completely unplayable framerate, I can barely move or type. I have been playing on Nost for a while now on the PvP and now on PvE realm. I have tried changing settings and things to improve the problem but it hasn't worked. It isn't any hardware issue as I am able to play retail WoW with no issue.

Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it??
