Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello! I have completed the following Lvl 40 Mage quests to attempt to get my Wand and Staff; Journey to the Marsh, Items of Power, The Infernal Orb, and The Exorcism. The first two pertain to the Wand Quest Line while the Second Two pertain to the Staff.

I have been able to complete the second two (for staff) and get the subsequent Third Leg of the quest which is in Uldaman. The problem I am having is with the First two quests... (the wand). I am supposed to get a quest called Hidden Secrets after finishing Items of Power from The same lady who gave me the Items of Power Quest to go speak with a guy named Magus Tirth in the Shimmering Flats.

For whatever Reason, she will not give me this leg of the quest.. I have done every other part no problem except for this Hidden Secrets quest.

Is there a bug on this or something? I really want that wand.

Have you done http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=1947? It is a prerequisite to hidden secrets.

Yes, I have. That is also the Prequest to Items of Power which I was able to complete..

Are you level forty? I see the quest requires level thirty. Is it possible it's there and you can't see the exclamation mark due to it having a low level requirement. I'd click on the quest giver just incase. Otherwise I'd report it on the tracker. I'm out of ideas, sorry.

I am lvl 36 and I have done every other quest she has. I've clicked her, done a /reload, logged. Everything. I posted it in tracker and opened a ticket in game. I was just seeing if I was maybe missing something..
