Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have the quest to pick up the Torch of Retribution that Kalaran is supposed to place in front of himself but there isn't anything for me to loot. I've tried relaunching WoW, dropping the quest and taking it again but nothing to seems to work and I can't advance the chain. Anyone else have this problem?
