Accquiring Sapta for Water Totem quest for the 2nd time.

I am currently trying to complete the shaman quest to get the Water Totem. I am on Part 7, I killed the elemental on the coast of stillpine Forest and... stupidly thought I was done and just hearthed back to stonetalon. I now know I was supposed to stick around and talk to another elemental. I went back to talk to it, and didn't have the sapta to see it. I cannot acquire the sapta though from any of the quest givers associated with the quest. I just need the sapta so I may complete the quest but I have no idea on how to get it again. I've abandoned the quest and picked it up again at the brazer that is there at the place but that doesn't give me the sapta either.

I would suggest making an ingame ticket.

a workaround is to go to the quest location and drop fire nova totems until the quest mob appears. Alternatively, wait for another shaman to arrive and complete the quest with them.

Wouldn't I still have an issue seeing the mob without the sapta? I have already killed him I now need to talk to him. So unless he is visible without sapta wouldn't I still need it?

I also tried making a in game ticket it just kept saying report it on the forum.

Wouldn't the easiest solution be simply give me another sapta? With it can I just see the elemental and boom done problem solved?
