Jumping through the wall to get under Stormwind was in the game for multiple expansions.

Does it count as a design exploit as per the above rule? Given that there is no advantage gained other than exploring.

I would think it isn't bannable.

They went on record saying you could go to places like Caverns of Time, as long as you did not hack or exploit in order to get there, as they are not forbidden zones like GM Island, and you gain no advantage by doing so.
