Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Not sure if I am just crazy or if their is a bug..

The "tooltip" for Blessing of Might shows increases Attack Power by 20 by default. If you put points into "Improved Blessing of Might" it does nothing to change the tooltip. Even with 4/5 points in their and it currently being at an increase of 16%, I am still only getting +20 Attack Power when I check my characters stats.

Anyone else notice this too?

You mean the tooltip when other people look at their own buff ? I'm 95% sure this is working as intended. Even though the talent is working, other people can't see it in Vanilla.

The tooltip on your hotbar will update per points in the talent. However the buff at the top right of the screen will show the default amount of the base skill.

Was this way throughout all of Vanilla. And yes, it bothered me too.
