[BUG?] Spell delay when mage takes damage

For anyone else playing a mage, does the cast delay when you take damage seem to vary extremely wildly? Sometimes a 2.1 second Fireball will take over 5 seconds to cast... And not during server lag.

Well in vanilla there was no limit to how many times your spells could be pushed back, unlike in (wotlk iirc) where they put in a 1sec max pushback limit. Were you fighting a group or something that hit very fast?
