Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My chat is bugged on one of my chars. I can send 3 messages on /say and nothing more, general or trade dont work. It resets randomly, and i can send 3 messages again. Guild and whisper works. I made a new chara and chat works, so some server related issue? Tried disabling addons, removing WTF, WDB folders, joinining and leaving world, typing /reload etc. even dl new client from torrent and still nothing
Char name Athiru, plox fix.

If the character is low level, this is likely due to gold spam counter measures.
