Player can't be moved to an other group in raid

Hello everyone,

A bug happened to my guild in almost every raid we made :

Some players can't be moved to an other group of the raid and are locked in their current group. It seems they are like "invisible" for the raid ui because when it happen you can litterally have 6 people in the same group (5 normal players and the "bugged player" that can't be moved.

We are not sure how to reproduce the bug (or prevent it to happen). Here are some leads :
- player DC during raid ?
- changing Raid Leader during raid ?

Anyone else having this issue ?
Anyone with a solution to solve or prevent this ?

I havent found something about this on bugtracker.

The next time it happens, try disabling all addons, and try again.

this sometimes happens if you get disconnected while in a raid. To avoid it, close your client completely after being disconnected and launch WoW "fresh". The player him-/herself should also be aware because their raid frames are bugged out as well.
