Wont Let Me Log In?

So i was logging in and wondered what the other servers where.i went down the list and found
"Test Realm - IsVV2" once i got to the character list i was disconnected i thought Ok Probably just my PC
Acting up. I've tried logging on many times now and disconnected How can i fix this ?

Delete your WTF and WDB folders, then try logging in again. You should be prompted to select a realm.
