Can't resurrect

I am unable to resurrect since the "Resurrect now" button is unresposive. Are there any fixes for this?

I've heard that you can also res at a spirit healer, although I haven't had the bug happen to me.

i put a ticket in and the Gm randomly res'd me into a pack of mobs.... so i died agian. but no bug the second time.
