[Resolved] Killing people out of guard range in Gadget

Yet another kid thinking hes tough stuff by killing lowbies where the guards cant reach him in neutral towns, this one is quite persistent, logged on my horde alt to tell him to stop and he just laughed at me. This used to bug the shit out of me while leveling and I hope some justice comes his way.

Him attacking lowbies, and me. Going to go up there and kill him, but regardless I'd like some action taken as he's harassing low level alliance.
