Multiboxing is punishable. Multiboxing is often used to boost lower level chars. Thus people without reading comprehension think that boosting is punishable.

These were two different people? I cant see the pics you tried to post, but from your story it sounds like two different people. Not against the ToU.

I dont understand why this behaviour unpunishable.Why a 60lvl Mage help a 31lvl Mage to farm and get exp is legal.

The 31lvl mage is not in a one team,they will not share exp. And 31lvl Mage aoe the Murloc,and 60lvl Mage kill them all. 31lvl Mage will get the all exp from Murloc.
