bugtracker website unprotected

The website used for bugtracking (tuleap) is being read by both chrome and my antivirus as an unprotected connection. So it won't allow me to use it.
I was trying to report that Shay Leafrunner (quest giver/escort NPC) is stuck on the side of a cliff in Feralas at 38.2, 9.8...

Greetings,
please make an in-game ticket for NPCs that are stuck in wrong places.
The GM team.

Happening with me since they came out with it. I think their bugtracker is just some cookie-cutter cheap template that has security holes in it. Despite that the only work around, without disablling the anti-virus/firewall, is to proceed to the site anyways or put the url in your exceptions list. Other than that until the web admin gives it an https:// or changes to a different website host altogether you're SOL.
Look at it this way though at least you know your protection is working, even though these could just be false positives I'm not willing to buy into that theory just yet.

The quick fix to get Shay back on track can be done by the GMs. Thus reporting on the Bug Tracker that she has wandered up a cliff is pointless.

If the url is https change it to http and it works fine.
Your browser or addon is trying to https when it only supports http.

Maybe this is to filter out the idiots that can't read and press the "Proceed anyway" button.
Doesn't work though, the bug tracker is filled with invalid reports.
