Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings.
Today when I tried to open WoW a message called "W:/Downloads/World of Warcraft/WoW.exe" appeared saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I really don't know what is going on, first time it happens to me. Also a few minutes ago i reinstalled the game but the same message keeps popping. I would really appreciate all your answers.
