Hi, I just upgraded to my free win 10 from win 7.

Wow worked with win 7, however it does not with win 10. Everytime I start the game, I get a ctd.

"ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: E:\Spill\WORLDO~2\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:70405EDC"

I have tried some compability modes, and deleting WTF. No change, I'd really like to play wow without reverting to win 7, again...

I had the same, seems redownloading did the trick.

Did you try deleting your cache, AKA your WDB folder? I see you deleted your WTF, but that isn't usually the culprit in these kinds of crashes. If that doesn't work, look here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/error-132

I updated my videocard drivers, that seemed to do the trick. :D

However, my friend (which has the exact same specs as me) has issues connecting. He get's "disconnected" instantly when he presses login. We've tried everything from the list AverageJoe made. Any ideas?
