Goblin Transponder

Scooty in Booty Bay doesn't give me a Goblin Transponder so that i can get teleported to Gnomeregan. The dialogue is there but when i cklick it nothing happens. It did still work 2 weeks ago. I did the prequest and i don't have the transponder in inventory or my bank. Can this be fixed please?

i can't use the bugtracker. i made an account but when i log in it says "account pending".
the issue was already reported there by someone else though.
just want to say that this bug really annoys me. any info on how long it will take to fix it? as i said, it still worked perfectly fine a few weeks ago so please fix it asap. thanks!
