Master Looted to the wrong person

This Wedensday (10/11) the Master Looter in my raid gave me the "Ringo's Blizzard Boots", by mistake. The item was supposed to go to another mage named Gilma. I made an in-game ticket regarding the issue and was told to make a post in the Support Forum.

Below is a link with screenshots from the raid, and the letter I recieved from a GM in response to my ticket.

If you need any more info, please feel free to ask for it.

Thank you

I thought they only restored raid loot because of server crashes, if they start including 'mislooting' that could be a good start.

Greetings Khornan,

We only restore qualifying Raid epics that were lost due to a server restart as per our Terms of Use.

Regards,
GM Team.

The letter I recieved from the GM clearly states something different though

Missloots should never be corrected by GMs, that is a player error. You only have the players around you to blame.

@notgunnahappen Even if what you say is true, about player fault, that still dosn't change the fact that the GM who replied to my ticket said something else. Why would he direct me here if he knew such a request would never see the light of day.
Mabye GM's aren't on the same page?

What I stated above is our policy. It is possible that a newer GM was not fully informed and responded incorrectly. Their actions will be corrected.

Regards,
GM Team.
