Class trainer steling my money, but not giving the abilities

I have a problem with my Orc Rogue named Karkun. I was in Durotar, Razor Hill and wanted to learn my new abilities at Kaplak, the level 14 Orc Rogue Trainer. I was about to learn Eviscerate Rank 2, which cost 2 Silver and i clicked to learn. I payed the 2 silver, but I didn't learn the new skill. So I tried again and again and again. Suddenly I just had 1 Silver and still didn't learn the ability. Then I wanted to learn Gouge (Rank 1) at least, which costs 1 Silver. And the same happened here. I payed the Silver and did not receive any ability.
The problem is that I just started playing on this server and I enjoy it alot, but now I don't have any money left on this character and 17 Silver are alot for a beginner. Is there any way you can track this and/or fix this bug? Or did I something wrong and should avoid something in the future? I appreciate any help you guys can give me.
