Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For some resin whenever i move my mouse while in game my graphics freeze and/or lag terribly. This does not happen when i am out of the game.

I have tried 3 different mice and still have not been able to fix this issue. It lags so bad that the game is not playable.

Any information or help would be great!!
