Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Even if I'm standing exactly where the stealthed Theramore Infiltrator's spawn at, I am unable to see them, and since they are neutral mobs, they won't attack me. The only way to tag them is with AoE.

I couldn't find them, even with AoE's, I think they are bugged and do not spawn at all...

They do spawn - they are neutral though.

as a warrior, i spammed demo shout and was able to do the quest at the appropriate level.

Theramore Spies quest:

I found these 3 Theramore Infiltrator locations in close proximity. Their respawn time is 4 or 5 min. There's plenty of other mobs around so you can farm while rotating.
