Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

When you pick up the Arcane Feedback quest for human priests from the NPC at Ironforge, it doesn't give you the spell at completition.
Please fix this!

Ps. I'd also appreciate having the spell added onto my char (or being able to redo the quest after fix), same nick as on forums.
