List of artifacts, where zero activity exists for months.
Winter Squid droprate is bugged (top food buff for hunters and rogues, 40g per stack already). Bug exists for 1.5 month, can be fixed for 10 seconds and still is being ignored.

The best hunter pet in Vanilla is bugged since Nostalrius release (9 months!). Hunter's dps is a joke because of this bug. Still ignored, but can be fixed.

Dear admins, I can continue this list forever.
Nostalrius is a great server indeed, could you please give players a little bit more feedback related to still active artifacts? What is really frustrating that many players actually support these artifacts, but there are no responses for months(!) from admins or somebody else.
