Is there a way to migrate from Pve to Pvp

Hello there, I was just wondering if there is a way i could migrate my 21 rogue from the Pve server to the Pvp, tried the search function and did not find an answer. Sorry if i made another post about an issue that was already adressed. Thank you for your time, have a nice day.
