Gnomeregan Horde portal bug

I lost my teleporter on 2 chars and the goblin will not give another one, although it says he does.
What is wrong here ?

Yea, i already reported it here in forum and ingame. theres also a report on the bugtracker site. it would be awesome if this could be fixed soon. really annoying bug.
