what about windows 10 ?

Hello, I am playing on wow with windows 8.1 but i'm really interesting about taking windows 10 but i heard a small problem wich may jeopardize this move, cracked games are disable on W10.

My question is : can i have windows 10 and playing wow at the same time ?
