Need help from GM please

Hi GM,

I accidentally deleted Mithril Insignia (given from the NPC in Stromwind) which is required to complete my armorsmith quest in Booty Bay. The reason why I deleted it is because the quest in Booty Bay doesn't show me that I need to hold Mithril Insignia to complete it. Now i cannot finish the quest which means my blacksmith skill will stay at 225 forever.

I am sorry I made a mistake. Can you please help me recover Mithril Insignia by any chance?

Have you tried to drop the quest and pick it back up? Also try talking to the NPC to see if he has an option to give you an insignia.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration
Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
